Recommended by Lair for all his decals. Micro-Sol is what the pros use for applying decals. This solution when applied with a small artist's brush will help the decal both adhere and conform to irregular surfaces. The technique is to apply a light coat of MS to the plane, then dip the decal in water and slide onto the surface of the work, then apply MS to the top surface of the decal. The decal will not only stick better, but also seem to almost melt into place, easily filling in panel lines and other irregular surfaces. A single, one ounce bottle is good for numerous projects. |
