How fast is the 'Cat? Our daily goal is to ship all orders placed before 2 pm PST the same day. In fact, 97% of all incoming orders (except preorders, of course) are shipped within one business day. Our shipping options are designed to meet almost everyone's needs:
UPS GROUND: UPS provides very consistent service throughout the USA. Order confirmation and tracking numbers are emailed for all purchases. UPS is our preferred shipping method on the majority of orders within the USA. All UPS orders are insured.
USPS PRIORITY: PRIORITY shipments can be faster than ground shipments to many locations inside the USA. However, the USPS does not guarantee delivery times. (For guaranteed delivery see the "NEXT DAY AND 2ND AIR" section below). USPS "Tracking" is actually more of a delivery confirmation as packages cannot be tracked enroute to their destination using the USPS system.
PRIORITY usually provides the best deal for ALL US packages under 1 pound and ALL HI and AK shipments. Overseas US territories and APOs are charged Priority Postage + $5 handling. USPS Postal fees are non-refundable, so please make sure your address is complete and correct. If a USPS package is returned to us as "undeliverable" the Post Office will require additional postage to send it again.
NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY, 3-DAY SELECT AIR: If you desire this service, please indicate so in the "message" section during checkout. These rates are calculated after checkout as air charges are based both on weight and package size. We must first pick and pack your order before we know how much it will cost to ship. Due to the type of products we sell, our packages tend to be large and light in weight which translates into expensive when shipping by air. For example, a 1:18 scale airplane shipped to the East Coast using NEXT DAY can easily cost $150 or more! Airline travel is a premium service and the shipping companies charge accordingly. If time allows, we will try to contact and confirm charges, but if this is not possible, we will charge and ship as ordered. Shipping charges are non-refundable once processed.
Foreign Orders Gladly Accepted to Many Countries:
USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS: On foreign orders, we calculate shipping charges after checkout. We have to pack and weigh your order before arriving at a shipping total. We base international shipping charges on www.USPS.gov published rates for Global Express + $10.00 handling. If you pay by Paypal, we will bill you for shipping once we pick, pack and weigh your order. Allow 48 hours for prepping international orders.
Global Express provides the best value considering speed, trackability, and insurability to destinations outside the USA. We cannot control nor do we have any recourse for package loss in foreign countries, foreign shipments are made at the purchaser's own risk. Also, if your package is returned to us as "undeliverable" we cannot refund the postage, so make double sure your address is accurate and 100% complete. We do not offer USPS Airmail or Surface Parcel Post outside the USA because of the lack of trackability and long delivery times.
Any Customs Duties/Taxes/Tariffs levied by the customer's country are the customer's responsiblity to pay. We will NOT, under any circumstance, alter invoices or write "gift" on any package in an effort to evade these taxes, please do not request us to do so.
STOCK STATUS:
PREORDERS: When new merchandise arrives, it often comes in short supply with high demand. Preorders are filled first, in a rough FIFO order. We pride ourselves as being the fastest gun in the West when it comes to shipping new merchandise. Any remaining merchandise left after the Preorders are filled is put on the site as "in stock" and sold normally. Please keep "in stock" merchandise and "Preorders" on separate tickets (check out separately).
IN-STOCK:
Orders placed before 3pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday will ship out the same day (UPS Ground only). Orders placed after 3pm, on Sundays or holidays will ship out the next business day. All in-stock items are subject to availability on hand.

Do you have __________ in stock?
As a general rule, if you see it on the site, it is in stock. We immediately remove items once we sell the last one and put them back up once we receive a resupply.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. To bonafide hobby shops and Internet businesses around the world! To set up a wholesale account please fax us a copy of your business license and resale certificate to 209-848-1901. We must have these documents before we can set up an account and send you a price sheet. Minimum wholesale order quantity is $500 and we sell in even cases.
My Product Review didn't post, what happened?
All Product Reviews must be approved on our end before they permanently post. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. The vast majority of reviews are not edited or deleted. We freely accept both positive and negative reviews when they appear to be intelligently written with honesty and sincerity. The writer must actually own the item being reviewed, so reviews on Preorders or those based on looking at the pictures cannot be accepted. We strive to limit editing or deletion to cases of profanity, illiteracy, mentioning unaffiliated companies, bashing unrelated to the product, and any other off-topic post.
