RETURN, RESTOCK, AND PACKAGING POLICY: Order discrepancies (i.e. missing item, defect, etc.) must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise and returned immediately thereafter to qualify for return. To insure proper credit, all returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization number marked on the outside of the shipping container. Please call our Customer Service Department (209-848-4985) if you need to return a purchase.

Exchanges or a refunds can only be issued once we receive the item back at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for transportation charges incurred to return defective or non-defective merchandise back to Bad Cat. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective merchandise. Returned non-defective merchandise must be in the original unopened packaging in order to be eligible for any refund. Returned packages that have been opened or used will not be processed for refund or exchange and will be returned at the buyer's expense. Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and packed so more damage does not occur during the return shipment.

We do not warrant against "package rash" which can occur during shipping. UPS and USPS will not insure against banged corners, puckered windows, or torn packaging. In all circumstances, product packaging is not warranted. If you absolutely, positively have to have perfect packaging, please drive over to our warehouse, pick it out, and take it home with you.

Note to Collectors: We consider product quality of paramount importance and take measures to insure Bad Cat stocks the best in military collectibles. We want you to be happy with your purchase today and in the years to come. However, all items purchased at this store are mass produced and in a price range where production deviations are common. Absolute model perfection is unlikely (a broken propellor is a clear defect but paint overspray or a touch up spot is typical of a production deviation). Virtually all models will have deviations if one looks hard enough. Merchandise returned with what we consider to be only minor deviations will be subject to restocking fees.

We evenhandedly adhere to our Return, Restock, and Packaging Policy in order to insure fairness to all parties concerned. Please do not place an order if you disagree with any part of this Policy.
